Community Rules Toast Flipper

Community Level Rules

By publishing a level in Toast Flipper you agree to these rules.


1. Your levels stay yours

You keep all rights to your levels. So we can offer them, you give Lonos Games a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store your level, show it to other players and let them play it, show your name as its creator, and show it in videos, streams and promotion for Toast Flipper. This permission ends when you unpublish the level. Videos or streams already published don't have to be taken down.


2. Not allowed

In level names and levels:

- insults, hate, threats or discrimination
- sexual content, glorified violence, extremist symbols or anything else illegal
- other people's personal data (real names, addresses, phone numbers and so on)
- pretending to be someone else (e.g. Lonos Games or another player)
- ads, links and spam, such as many near-identical levels
- names or trademarks you don't have the rights to

Also: no faked times, likes or reports, and no abusing bugs to get rewards.


3. Reports and moderation

- Any player can report a level in the game. After several reports it is hidden automatically until we have looked at it.

- We may hide or delete levels, times and rewards that break these rules, and lock players out of online features for serious or repeated breaks.

- If your level was hidden or deleted and you want to know why, or you think it was a mistake: email contact@lonosgames.com with the level ID. We'll tell you the reason and look at it again.

- You can report illegal content at any time to contact@lonosgames.com (point of contact under Art. 11 and 12 DSA, in German or English). Please include the level ID and the reason.


4. No guaranteed availability

The online features are free. We try to keep them running but can't promise that servers, levels or leaderboards are always available or kept forever. Keep levels that matter to you as drafts in the game.

What is stored when you publish is explained in the Toast Flipper privacy policy.
